For in-licensing candidates, we are seeking compounds or products that provide a meaningful benefit over currently existing treatments either through novel mechanism of action, unique delivery mechanism, improved efficacy, safety, quality of life or other significant feature. We are particularly interested in therapies for specialty therapeutic markets. We are seeking out-licensing partners for our cystic fibrosis and glaucoma programs for markets outside of North America.
